Overview

Ohio University is hiring an Academic Program Administrator at the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Cleveland. This role manages the academic program process for osteopathic medical students, focusing on clinical education coordination, student support, clinical rotation scheduling, and collaboration with clinical faculty and college departments to ensure compliance and student success.

• Manage student rotation scheduling, onboarding, and monitor academic and professional performance.
• Interpret and implement policies from the Office of Medical Education, University, and accreditation bodies.
• Organize clinical education programming including rotations, assessments, skills labs, and residency preparation.
• Collaborate with clinical sites, faculty, and staff for resource availability, recruitment, training, and credentialing.
• Coordinate with various departments and support Student Affairs for assigned students.
• Required qualifications:
  
  Bachelor s degree with 5+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications:
  
  Master s degree and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Compensation range: $44,592 to $59,085 with comprehensive benefits including tuition remission, insurance, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Work schedule:
  
  full-time, Monday to Friday, with some after-hours/weekend work as needed.
• Position level: IC3, exempt status, with limited supervisory responsibilities and potential small-scale budget oversight.
