Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students. This full-time position is available for the upcoming school year. Position details include:

• $41 per hour
• Full-time
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Elementary students
• Pull-out service model

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)
• School certification in Ohio
• Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain)
• Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data
• Creating a positive, structured learning environment
• Supporting students, families, and general education staff
• Coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills
• Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
