Job Description
At Glex Services, we believe that continuous learning helps individuals and organizations grow. We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of professional training programs.
- Coordinate training programs for clients and employees.
- Prepare training schedules and learning materials.
- Communicate with trainers and participants.
- Track training attendance and feedback.
- Support the development of learning initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.
- Strong coordination and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
