Program Manager

Smart Start Education, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead K-12 assessment, intervention, and instructional programs for schools and districts nationwide. In this mission-driven, educator-focused role, you will manage complex projects from design through implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and partner closely with educators to deliver standards-aligned, data-informed solutions. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous improvement using student performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of K-12 assessment and instructional programs from scoping through delivery
• Collaborate with school and district leaders to define goals, timelines, and implementation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (instructional design, data, operations) to deliver solutions on time and on budget
• Monitor program performance using data and feedback; recommend and implement continuous improvements
• Develop project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies for multiple concurrent initiatives
• Support professional development and training for educators on Smart
• Start solutions
• Ensure alignment with state standards, district requirements, and accountability expectations
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
