Case Western Reserve University invites interested applicants for the role of Assistant Vice President for Enrollment and Dean of Undergraduate Admission. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, this leadership position within the Division of Enrollment Management will lead the Department of Undergraduate Admission in support of advancing the Division of Enrollment Management’s strategic priorities.

The PositionThe Assistant Vice President for Enrollment is the primary representative for the Office of Undergraduate Admission within the University’s community and to prospective students, families, high school counselors, alumni, and peer institutions nationally and internationally. This leader will develop and implement a global recruitment
strategy informed by data, market research, predictive modeling, and geo-market analysis
— all in service of achieving the University's enrollment goals.
This position is highly visible and impactful and requires a leader with a visionary strategic mindset and discipline to balance a necessary commitment for execution.

This position will be a member of the University’s enrollment management leadership team and have leadership oversight to the University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission.
Essential Responsibilities- Provide
vision

direction
for first-year and transfer admission consistent with the University’s mission, enrollment management goals, and faculty governance policies - Lead
and
develop
the
Undergraduate
Admission
staff
, including hiring, mentoring, and creating a professional environment where staff feel valued and empowered to serve students and families with excellence - Develop,
implement,
and
monitora
comprehensive
recruitment
plan
tied to the University’s budget goals and driven by the University’s strategic priorities — spanning the full admission cycle from high school sophomore to enrolled student, across regional, national, and international markets - Establish
and
oversee
the
application
review
process
and
selection
criteria
to achieve enrollment goals; remain accountable for undergraduate admissions decisions - Provide
leadership
support
to other enrollment management departments — including financial aid, recruitment and marketing, and enrollment operations — in support of strategic and operational goals - Travel
extensively
to represent the university at high schools, college fairs, off-campus information sessions, and admitted student Cultivate relationships with high school counselors and serve as a recognized expert on selective college admissions forums held regionally, nationally, and internationally. - Design
