• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience teaching in a special education setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to create differentiated lesson plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Positive, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching

• Provide personalized instruction to students in grades 3-5 with varying abilities and needs
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administration, and support staff to ensure student success
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs and styles
• Assess and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintain an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress
