We are seeking Service Coordinators to serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their security and alarm systems. This role combines customer support, troubleshooting, and scheduling in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding alarm/security systems
- Troubleshoot issues with sensors, panels, batteries, and other equipment
- Walk customers through systems (Honeywell, DMP, , Resideo)
- Place systems on test mode to prevent emergency dispatch during servicing
- Schedule technicians for onsite service when needed
- Manage and prioritize a high‑volume ticket queue (~200 open tickets)
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams and technicians to ensure timely service
- Provide accurate information on services, inspections, and upgrades
- 1–5 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong phone communication and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in dispatching, technical support, or security/cabling industry
- Familiarity with platforms such as Sedona, WeSuite, Docu Sign, or Rapid Response
- Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure
- Comfortable following structured troubleshooting processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Background in cable/internet troubleshooting or technical support is a plus
- Fully onsite, collaborative team setting
- Fast‑paced, high‑volume call and ticket environment
- Supports both residential and commercial clients
- Pay range: $20–$25 per hour
