A well-established civil engineering firm is seeking an experienced Transportation Engineer (PE) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering innovative, high-quality transportation design projects and contributing to the growth of a collaborative, client-focused team.

• Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
• Prepare and review roadway, highway, and intersection design plans in accordance with local and state standards.
• Develop traffic control, signing and pavement marking, grading, and drainage plans.
• Perform geometric design, safety analysis, and capacity analysis for transportation corridors.
• Coordinate with municipal and state transportation agencies, clients, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Prepare cost estimates, specifications, technical reports, and proposals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in transportation engineering and roadway design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Micro Station/Open Roads Designer.
• Familiarity with AASHTO design standards and state DOT procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
