The system treats by aligning the sharpest radiation therapy beam on the market to diagnostic quality magnetic resonance images (MRIs) of the patient, adapts the treatment plan to the reality of the patient, and then uses the real-time MRIs to control the beam and record real-time doses delivered to the patient.
Job Description:
Responsibilities- Leading complex software and/or hardware project cross-functional teams in R&D to deliver product development scope and meet organizational objectives
- Defining and managing integrated project management plans in accordance with the product development process, quality management system, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the flexibility to optimize the project scope and strategy as needed during project execution
- Creating, managing, and tracking all project related materials including but not limited to schedules, resources, status reports, key project constraints and change orders
- Manage the day-to-day activities associated with their projects
- Resolve any interpersonal changes with team members to ensure product development is proceeding along the proposed plan
- Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners/vendors, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Ensure all program activities and documentation (e.g., Design History Files) comply with industry standards and regulations such as FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485
- BS in Engineering or related degree
- At least five years of Project Management experience as well as understanding and application of the product development lifecycle is required
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to lead and influence teams comprised of both technical, non-technical, and commercial resources. The ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) across all levels of the organization is required
- Planning and schedule management, project risk management, stakeholder management, problem solving, conflict management, and decision making
- Working understanding of MS Project and schedule variance
- Familiarity with and experience working under the following standards or similar: ISO 13485, 14971, IEC 60601, 62304, 62366
