Are you an Engineer from a Manufacturing or Industrial environment ready to join a company that will actually invest in your future?
Do you want a role where you can learn from experienced engineers, develop real-world skills, and see the equipment you help design being built right in front of you?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, industry-leading manufacturer that genuinely believes in developing its people. With major growth planned and a strong focus on internal promotion, this is a place where you can build a long‑term engineering career - not just gain experience and move on.
In this role, you'll work alongside senior engineers to help design and build custom manufacturing machinery used to produce highly engineered industrial products. You'll start by learning the systems, processes, and equipment, then gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.
The company recently invested in a dedicated Learning and Development leader and is rolling out structured career pathways and individual development plans. If you're motivated, curious, and enjoy working with your hands as well as your head, this is a rare opportunity to grow into a well‑rounded Manufacturing Engineer.
Veterans and candidates with mechanical or hands‑on military experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Role:- Support the design and build of custom manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Assist with creating and developing prototypes using Solid Works and hands‑on mechanical work
- Learn to turn engineering concepts into physical equipment on the shop floor
- Collaborate with experienced engineers, production teams, and applications staff
- Early‑career Engineer, Engineering Technician, or hands‑on mechanical professional
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environments
- Some experience with Solid Works
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on engineering work
- Welding or fabrication exposure is a bonus, not essential
- U.S Citizen able to support projects tied to government‑related work
