In this role, you will:
  • Maintain, support, and enhance a legacy MES platform used across multiple manufacturing facilities
  • Develop and modify applications using C++ and ASP.NET
  • Troubleshoot system issues impacting production and work closely with plant personnel to resolve them quickly
  • Support integration between MES, ERP, and shop floor equipment
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Travel to manufacturing plants to support deployments, system rollouts, and on‑site issue resolution
  • Document system changes, enhancements, and support processes
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including IT, Engineering, Production, and Quality
Who You Are:

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with C++ and ASP.NET development
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete or process manufacturing environments preferred)
  • Comfortable working on the shop floor in active manufacturing environments
  • Willingness to travel to multiple plant locations as required

    Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and production staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting or developing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Experience integrating MES with ERP or other enterprise systems
  • Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, or shop‑floor data collection systems
  • Manufacturing industry experience (automotive, industrial, CPG, etc.)
  • Experience working in multi‑site manufacturing environments
