Job Description
The Project Architect is responsible for overseeing retail architecture projects from concept to completion. The role involves managing specific technical details and design aspects of assigned projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of architectural designs.
Responsibilities- This role is responsible for Retail Architecture projects from start to completion. Majority of the work is for Car dealerships
- Responsible for specific technical details/design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of architectural designs
- Participate as a member of the project team in all aspects of project scope, production & implementation of construction documents and coordination of consultant scope
- Assist in managing client expectations
- Coordinates communication between project team, sub‑contractors and other disciplines
- Responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent
- Conduct code analyses and be the primary point of contact with jurisdictions
- Perform submittal reviews during construction, maintain RFI and submittal logs
- May supervise a small team of interior designers and technicians
- Degreed architect
- 2+ years experience using Revit
- 5+ years experience creating architectural drawings for commercial or retail spaces
- Registered Architect preferred
This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
