In this role you will be in Cleveland, playing a key part in the development of projects, focussing on pricing, take‑offs and bids for key and impactful civil projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an estimator, having previously worked on large‑scale civil projects.

• Direct Estimators and assistant in all phases of bid preparation
• Execute take‑offs and lead the preconstruction team, analyzing reports, maps, drawings and blueprints
• Head up meetings with division to ogo through long‑range objectives, plans and policies

• Experience in Estimating for Utilities or Site Prep projects
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and estimating software's such as Heavy Bid, takeoffs, HCSS and MS Office
• Bachelors preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field
