Job Description

* Lead MEP planning, coordination, and execution across project phases

* Manage MEP cost control, procurement, schedules, and system integration

* Oversee MEP engineers, site supervision, and specialist subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards

* Support commissioning, testing, handover, and close-out activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Project Manager should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline

* 10+ years' experience delivering MEP systems on major projects

* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection

* Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders

* Clear written and verbal communication skills
