Quality Systems Engineer

Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Systems Engineer at our Cleveland, Tennessee Facility. The role focuses on supporting audits and continuous improvement in a stamping environment.

• Perform internal audits following the audit schedule (IATF, VDA, CQI‑9, CQI‑15, CQI‑12).
• Close corrective actions with team members.
• Act as the liaison between the organization and the registrar.
• Manage customer‑specific requirements and provide technical support.
• Drive continuous improvements for the Business Management System.
• Improve the document control process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Four‑year college degree or equivalent experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Certified ISO/TS16949 Internal Auditor with a minimum of 3 years internal audit experience.
• Working knowledge of the AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA).
