Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and update designs, drawings, BOMs, and related documentation.

* Design, develop, manufacture and test electrical programs and components.

* Interface and program PLC/HMI (Automation Direct, Allen Bradley) including the design of schematics and electrical cabinets.

* Draft detailed drawings to request parts for fabrication.

* Work within MRP system to manage and maintain engineering information.

* Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a related engineering role.

* Proficient in PLCs, ladder and control logic.

* Knowledge of NEC and other code requirements.

* Proficient in Automation Direct, Allen Bradley, AutoCAD, and RSLogix5/500/5000 preferred.

* Knowledge of FEA, fluid flow, and thermodynamics is preferred.

* Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturer of goods.

* Proactive, high energy individual, able to adapt to change.

* Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy.

* Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work with and communicate with all levels of the Company.

* Protect company proprietary and confidential information in accordance with the company's confidentiality policy.
