Pay Rate: $45 to 50/hr. on W2 ONLY

WORK ARRANGEMENT: 5 days onsite
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 12 Months Contract to Hire role

FUNCTION OF THE GROUP: Provisioning Telecommunication Service to support branch, business office, and data center network. Support carrier portal risk mitigations, Telecommunication Expense Management, CMBD database, Data analysis.
INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Telecommunication, Expense management & Capacity Planning.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review the Wireline accounts invoices in Calero/ VeraSMART under "Pending ENS Review" - circuits, voice related, cable TV, cross connects invoices. Run the "Monthly Allocated report " after last batch completes and confirmed by Mike Schuler. Weekly ordering report save on SharePoint for Telecommunication, Comcast, Telecommunication and Lumen. Attend the weekly vendor calls with Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Lumen, Comcast. Monthly - Bimonthly Vendor to SNOW and Calero database reconciliation.

Calero Unlinked items report review. Validation of cost center assigned to Circuits & Wireless inventories. Bulk template upload - Service Now & Calero. Special Charges report and share with ENS provisioning team. Monthly carrier inventory reports. Monthly Reconciliation Service Now to Calero. Zero Usage. Closed site report. CMDB and Calero database accuracy, weekly updates of project related updates. Weekly Unbilled usage report saves on SharePoint for Telecommunication and Telecommunication Mobility for future references.
