Mechanical HVAC Engineer – Data Center Market

• Layout and design of HVAC systems for electric vehicles, data centers, and heavy industrial facilities.
• Develop design criteria for HVAC systems, including comfort and specialized applications such as clean rooms.
• Create conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing calculations, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements.
• Layout ductwork systems based on P&n.
• Produce final design documents, including specifications, sequences of operation, piping layout, and construction drawings for systems such as chilled water and cooling water.
• Coordinate with other disciplines throughout the design process.

• Three or more years of HVAC system design experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC design codes and standards.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and collaborate with other discipline team members remotely.

• Professional Engineering License.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
• Experience designing plumbing/utility systems.

Base salary range: $85,000.00 to $, adjusted by location and additional factors.
