Your Opportunity We are looking for a Community Infrastructure Liaison to join our Construction Team in our Cleveland office. This position will support the Cleveland Water Lead Service Program by engaging in a variety of field and customer service tasks. We provide services related to water resources, reservoirs and dams, water supply, wastewater networks and treatment, flood mitigation and river basin management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, document, and review Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) related work.
- Distribute water pitcher filter kits and water sample kits as instructed.
- Respond to customer inquiries about project resources and the LSLR process.
- Operate hydrants and valves safely.
- Collect water samples from hydrants.
- Serve as a community liaison to communicate project details.
- Inspect contractor performed work as it progresses to ensure standards are met.
- Engage in meetings with other staff.
- Provide essential support to ensure smooth operation.
- Organize and maintain construction documentation.
- Attend seminars and/or training classes.
- Maintain excellent client relations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in both the field and office environment.
- Ability to collaborate well with others in a team setting.
- Position will work in office and field setting. Visits construction sites and works in outside weather conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Education and Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range:
Locations in MN, OH, VT, & Various CA, NY Areas-$42,900.00 - $57,900.00 Annually
Pay Transparency:
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.

Summary:

Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
