Are you excited about start-ups, logistics, and process analyses? Then come to the Motion Miners. We are a young start-up and spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML from Dortmund. In a team of over 60 employees, we develop the Motion-Mining® technology for the automatic recording and subsequent analysis of manual working processes. By means of sensors (wearables) and AI, we can recognize and improve the ergonomics and efficiency of processes, e.g. in production, logistics, or hospitals.

• Support in conducting data analyses for process optimization
• Assistance in system and process analyses on-site at customers (national and international)
• Independently developing project-relevant content
• Creating reports and documentation

• Study of logistics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable studies
• Interest in process analyses and optimizations in the field of intralogistics and production
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers from the B2B sector (very good German language skills required)
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
• Experience in the field of lean management, six-sigma, MTM, REFA, and/or ergonomics is helpful
