• On‑site equipment inspections

Are you ready to take on complex challenges, travel to exciting locations, and make an impact in industrial air pollution control? As a Field Service Engineer at TRK, you’ll play a crucial role in inspecting, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrostatic precipitators (ESP) and related equipment to ensure top‑tier performance.

• Inspect and evaluate ESPs and auxiliary equipment, both on‑site and remotely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ESP systems and microprocessor‑based voltage & rapper controls.
• Analyze process data and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless system operation.
• Document findings and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in all tasks.
• Travel 40–50% of the time to client sites across various industries.

• 2+ years of experience in ESP operation, maintenance, or construction (preferred but not required).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), or equivalent technical training (college degrees are a plus but not required).
• Independent problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to work efficiently in the field directly with the customer.
• Commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferably located near our field office locations in Cleveland, OH, or Pensacola, FL. Highly experienced candidates can live anywhere and work remotely.
