• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Successful completion of EIT exam or ability to take the EIT exam within 12 months
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or organization memberships
• Creative thinking skills with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Proficient communication and presentation skills for client and colleague engagement
• Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and value delivery
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
