Overview
AECOM is seeking an experienced mid-level civil/environmental engineer to work in the Environmental Business line with an engineering design group on projects involving Integrated Facility Closure. This position involves working on projects that will encompass initial environmental site assessments of industrial facilities through decommissioning and demolition, with additional work in site remediation and post-remediation site development, solid waste management, stormwater design/management, and oversight of construction services for a variety of industrial and power clients across the U.S.
Responsibilities- Work in the Environmental Business line with an engineering design group on Integrated Facility Closure projects.
- Participate in initial environmental site assessments of industrial facilities through decommissioning and demolition.
- Involve site remediation and post-remediation site development, solid waste management, stormwater design/management, and oversight of construction services.
- Support projects for industrial and power clients across the United States.
- Experience as a mid-level civil/environmental engineer with exposure to environmental site assessments, decommissioning, site remediation, and related activities.
- Experience with solid waste management, stormwater design/management, and construction services oversight.
