Actalent is seeking a Process / Chemical Engineer for the Rubber Mixing Department in Cleveland, OH. The role leads process engineering, formulation development, and equipment optimization to reduce variability and meet customer specs while supporting cost and scrap reduction.
You will collaborate with production, technical, and commercial teams, develop and refine rubber formulations, and ensure ISO 9001 compliant documentation and processes. 50% on floor, 50% in lab/analysis.
