Regal Rexnord seeks an Engineering Technician III to lead complex product and component testing in a safety-focused lab. You will set up and run performance, reliability and agency tests on torque tables, dynamo meters, load stands and thermal chambers, ensuring data integrity and repeatability.
You will contribute design improvement ideas gleaned from testing, maintain safety certifications, and train junior lab staff as part of a cross-functional product development team.
