Director, Facilities Engineering

Marvin is seeking a Director, Facilities Engineering to lead strategy, operations, and reliability of building and utility systems across our manufacturing sites. You will oversee facility engineering, maintenance, and capital projects for windows, doors, and skylight production, ensuring uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role includes developing long-term asset and energy plans, optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance, managing contractors and vendors, and leading a high-performing team.

You will partner with operations, EHS, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and support Marvin's people-first, innovative culture.
