Mobile HVAC​/R Engineer

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer to support commercial real estate facilities across the region. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R and building systems, respond to service requests, and ensure optimal tenant comfort and energy efficiency. The role includes driving to multiple client sites, maintaining documentation, supporting capital and sustainability initiatives, and collaborating closely with property and facility teams in a safety- and performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC/R equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, refrigeration, and basic electrical/control issues
• Respond to work orders and tenant comfort calls across multiple client sites
• Operate and optimize building automation systems to improve performance and efficiency
• Document work in CMMS, maintain accurate service and equipment records
• Support capital projects, energy and sustainability initiatives as directed
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with property management, vendors, and contractors as needed
• Inspect equipment and facilities, identifying and reporting potential issues
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as required
