RPM SPG is seeking a Process Engineering Co-Op in Cleveland, Ohio. The role provides hands-on learning in polyurethane sealants and coatings manufacturing, collaborating with process and quality engineering teams to support safety, quality, maintenance and production.
The candidate will learn process tools such as Process Safety Management, Lean Six-Sigma, 5S, A3 problem solving, SPC and value stream mapping, while contributing to data collection, project work and communication across the plant.
