OSP Drafting Supervisor

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. seeks an OSP Drafting Supervisor to lead a team producing accurate telecom outside plant drawings and documentation. In this role, you will oversee drafting workflows, assign work, review drawings for quality and compliance, and coordinate closely with engineers and field staff. You will help develop standards, maintain GIS and CAD data, and ensure projects meet client specifications, schedules, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise OSP drafting staff and daily workflows
• Produce and review telecom OSP construction drawings and documentation
• Ensure design accuracy, quality, and adherence to client and industry standards
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field teams
• Maintain and update CAD and GIS records for OSP networks
• Develop and enforce drafting standards, templates, and procedures
• Prepare and verify bills of materials and as-built documentation
• Support project scheduling and workload planning
• Assist with training and mentoring junior drafters
• Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting tools and processes
