Provides engineering, application, and technical support for filtration and chip processing systems, including coolant filtration, chip handling, shredding, crushing, wringing, conveying, and related metalworking fluid management equipment. Supports customer applications from concept through installation by evaluating requirements, developing technical solutions, and coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, vendors, and customers.

Essential functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Reviews customer specifications, application data, layouts, drawings, and process requirements to recommend appropriate filtration and chip processing solutions.
• Develops application concepts and equipment selections for coolant filtration systems, central systems, chip conveyors, shredders, crushers, wringers, compactors, and related auxiliary equipment.
• Performs engineering calculations and technical evaluations related to flow rates, filtration requirements, chip type and volume, system sizing, coolant recovery, and equipment performance.
• Prepares and reviews layouts, proposals, cost estimates, bills of material, technical documentation, and project requirements to support sales and customer commitments.
• Works with Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Service teams to ensure filtration and chip processing systems are properly designed, quoted, built, tested, installed, and supported.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for equipment performance, customer questions, field issues, start-ups, run-offs, and continuous improvement opportunities.
