An established, employee-focused engineering consulting firm is seeking a Bridge Group Leader to oversee the growth, technical excellence, and delivery of bridge and transportation infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, shape the strategic direction of a bridge practice, and manage high-profile transportation projects that improve communities and critical infrastructure throughout the region.

• Lead and manage bridge engineering staff, project managers, and technical teams.
• Oversee the planning, design, rehabilitation, and replacement of bridge structures.
• Serve as project manager and technical lead on complex transportation projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and project managers.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with transportation, roadway, structural, geotechnical, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with state DOT, AASHTO, and industry design standards.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, pursue new clients, and grow market presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of bridge engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of bridge design codes, structural analysis, and transportation project delivery.
• Demonstrated success in client management and business development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ohio DOT project experience preferred.
• Structural Engineering (SE) licensure is a plus.
