We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Financial Analyst to support the ongoing optimization and adoption of our recently implemented Fonteva platform (Salesforce-native). This role will focus on enhancing financial reporting, supporting process improvements, and ensuring accurate data flows across our financial and membership systems.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in finance or accounting, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience with Salesforce or similar financial systems is highly valued.
OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Financial Analyst to support the ongoing optimization and adoption of Fonteva (Salesforce-native), focusing on enhanced financial reporting, process improvements, and accurate data flows across financial and membership systems.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and analyze financial and operational reports to support decision-making across finance, membership, and leadership teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Fonteva’s financial components, assisting in system optimization and process alignment.
- Collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders to identify reporting needs, streamline workflows, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support post-implementation activities including testing, issue resolution, and data validation.
- Provide training and documentation to help end users effectively leverage Fonteva and related systems.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support integrations and improve system functionality (e.g., Fonteva to Quick Books).
- Assist in month-end and year-end reporting activities and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting operations, or financial systems support.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (administration, reporting, or user support).
- Experience with Fonteva is a plus, but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Reports) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and document processes effectively.
