People Architects is excited to recruit for a Trader / Analyst – Junior Wealth Management, on behalf of one of our trusted partners, a Cleveland-based wealth management firm.
This is a hands-on, high‑learning‑curve role in a fast‑moving startup environment; ideal for an early‑career professional who is sharp with numbers, obsessive about accuracy, and hungry to learn the craft of wealth management from the inside out.
You’ll work closely with senior advisors and portfolio leaders, supporting trading execution, portfolio management, and investment analysis while wearing multiple hats as the firm grows. This is real responsibility, real exposure, and accelerated learning.
Responsibilities- Assist with trade execution, monitoring, and reconciliation
- Support portfolio rebalancing and implementation activities
- Monitor cash flows, allocations, and position data
- Prepare analytical and performance reports
- Support investment analysis and due diligence
- Maintain clean, accurate data and reporting outputs
- Assist with operational, process, and workflow improvements
- Coordinate with custodians, vendors, and internal teams as needed Qualifications (Required & Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Analytics, or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in Excel and financial systems
- 1–3 years of experience through internships or early‑career roles in finance, trading, banking, or investments
- Curious, hardworking, and receptive to feedback
