A growing industrial manufacturing firm is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations and internal controls. This hands-on role requires a strong technical background in accounting, with 10+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing. The Controller will manage the accounting team, ensure accurate reporting, and support ERP improvements. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and CPA certification is strongly preferred.
