Financial Manager, CFO
The Regional CFO will oversee key financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, and operational finance execution. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, this leader will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate financial implications, improve business performance, and support strategic initiatives through insightful analysis and recommendations.
In addition, the CFO will lead, mentor, and develop finance teams, driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration while ensuring financial operations are scalable and aligned with organizational priorities.
Office EnvironmentCandidates will have the opportunity to work remote with travel monthly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level leadership in shaping and implementing the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, operational priorities, and long-term growth plans.
- Direct all core financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and monthly reporting, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful information to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Strengthen the effectiveness of the finance function by enhancing processes, internal controls, and financial systems while ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, supporting business decisions through thoughtful financial analysis and resource alignment.
- Lead financial analysis and decision-support activities by developing performance metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights to guide cost management, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve financial performance through efficiency gains, process optimization, and disciplined resource allocation to support scalability and organizational priorities.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams by establishing clear accountability, encouraging collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and business partnership.
- Provide financial leadership for enterprise initiatives such as organizational transformation, business expansion, and operational improvement, including scenario modeling and strategic planning support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience with a strong track record in financial operations and strategic planning.
- Required experience within a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and operational finance.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support informed, data-driven decisions.
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA, CPA, or other advanced financial or leadership credentials.
