About the RoleOur client is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to enhance corporate financial analytics, strengthen reporting frameworks, and partner directly with leadership and the Board to drive performance. This role sits at the center of strategy, operational decision‑making, and financial planning.
You’ll own modeling, long‑range forecasting, KPI analysis, and executive‑level reporting, all while helping a growing organization build scalable financial infrastructure.
What You’ll Do- Improve corporate‑level financial analytics to support the executive team and Board of Directors
- Lead financial projections for annual strategic planning and long‑range forecasting
- Analyze and report on company performance, trends, and KPIs; provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to support rapid growth
- Create ad hoc financial models to evaluate business initiatives and operational performance
- Monitor key company metrics and identify emerging risks, trends, and opportunities
- Serve as a strategic business partner across functions, influencing both financial and non‑financial leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience (senior‑level analytics strongly preferred)
- Strong financial modeling experience and ability to interpret complex datasets
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills, able to translate data into insights for executives
- Highly self‑directed, organized, and skilled at working in fast‑paced environments
