Pinnacle has been engaged to help a well-respected Greater Cleveland organization hire a Senior Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting.

• Preparation and/or review of financial reports
• Oversee and approve journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Review and manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Lead and develop a team of directors and accounting staff
• Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive adoption and optimization of Net Suite across the finance function
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Net Suite experience is a big plus
• Proven leader who has managed and developed accounting teams
• Collaborative, curious, deadline-driven, and highly organized
