Overview
This position provides comprehensive financial advisory services to client based on their goals and needs, including building financial plans and recommending brokerage products.
Responsibilities- Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial, investment and retirement goals.
- Build a financial plan using brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommend brokerage products and banking strategies aligned with clients’ financial objectives.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
- Current Series 7 license and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) license, or within 60 days of obtaining the missing Series 66.
- Minimum one year of experience in the investment industry with in‑depth knowledge of investment products.
- Minimum one year of experience in a financial service or sales environment where objectives were met or exceeded.
- Strong goal‑setting and achievement skills, with a proven record of building and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Thorough regulatory due diligence and risk management expertise.
- Minimum three years of experience in a financial service or sales role.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Insurance license and related experience.

- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays.
- 1st Shift (United States)
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Pay Range$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, plus a formulaic incentive plan.
