Description
Position Overview:
Arrow International Inc. is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Compliance Specialist to join our rapidly evolving team in the gaming industry. The Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards, while also fostering a culture of compliance among our employees.
This is an on-site role located at Arrow International's Global Corporate Headquarters in Brooklyn, Ohio.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
* Compliance Monitoring:
Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization, implementing compliance programs as needed to address identified risks.
* Compliance Guidance:
Provide guidance to employees on compliance matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Compliance Training and
Education:
Administer the Company's Compliance Training and Education Program, ensuring that all employees receive appropriate training on compliance-related topics.
* Affiliate Compliance Integration:
Assist with the affiliate Compliance integration process, ensuring seamless integration of compliance procedures and standards.
* Compliance Materials Distribution:
Prepare and distribute various Compliance materials and resources to employees to facilitate awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
* Compliance Investigations:
Conduct or assist with Compliance investigations as needed, ensuring thorough and timely resolution of compliance issues.
* Compliance Advice:
Render Compliance advice throughout the organization, exercising discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing useful insights on Compliance matters.
* Team
Collaboration:
Contribute to the team effort by completing other tasks/projects as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in compliance within the gaming industry preferred.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating and providing insights on Compliance matters.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
