Finance Transformation Consultant - ERP & Process Optimization

Tatum is hiring for several immediate finance consulting opportunities with a large publicly-owned global industrial/manufacturing company
. These are W-2 consulting roles through Tatum by Randstad
, with pay rates up to $85/hour
, depending on role alignment and experience.

We are looking for polished consultants with strong communication skills, public-company discipline, and ideally CPA / Big 4 or similar consulting experience.

ASC 606, revenue recognition, contract review, technical accounting documentation, audit support, GAAP research.

Hybrid in Beachwood, OH. Post-acquisition integration, SOX readiness/improvement, internal controls, process walkthroughs, control gaps, INV / OTC / PTP / RTR.

Finance systems/process transformation across AP/AR, Oracle/SAP, e-invoicing, banking/payment processes, TIS, ISO
20022, UAT/testing, data validation, and Finance/IT partnership.

GRNI/GRIR cleanup and reconciliation, PTP/AP operations, ERP transformation, offshore team coordination, large-scale data cleanup, root-cause analysis, and leadership reporting.

PMO support for corporate integrations, M&A work streams, master workplans, milestones, dependencies, action tracking, dashboard visibility, and PM process standardization.

GL mapping, system testing, implementation support, legal entity changes, shared-site accounting, balance sheet impact, Oracle GL/SAP, and operational issue resolution.

Most roles are remote, except the Finance & Integrations Control Manager role, which is hybrid in Northern Ohio
