• Guide budgeting, forecasting, and profit reporting
• Lead audits, tax compliance, and payroll processes
• Support financial planning and decision-making as a member of the Executive Committee

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems; proven leadership and communication abilities.

• FSPMS Experience Required
• Micros Experience Preferred
