Position Summary

The Sales Finance Analyst is a critical member of the organization's finance and sales teams, and the role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical acumen. Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of financial analysis, data modeling, and sales forecasting, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this position will work closely with other functions in the business to generate accurate, timely, and comprehensive insights to support the Sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop financial models to support business decisions, including revenue and expense forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide regular financial reports to management, including sales reports, profitability analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to sales management.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive results.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Knowledge and Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, sales analysis, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with sales forecasting and analysis preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Physical Activities & Other Working Conditions
  • Associates working at Corporate sites are required to work in-person according to the Hybrid & Remote Workplace Policy.
  • This role is primarily sedentary and involves prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Regular use of hands for typing and operating office equipment is required, along with visual focus on screens and documents. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10–15 pounds may be required. Work is performed in a climate-controlled office or remote environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Minimal travel is required.
Compensation Range for the Position

$53,628.00 - $68,376.00 - $83,124.00 USD

Target Cash Profit Sharing for the Position
