Our client, a fast-growing and highly respected organization, is hiring Staff Financial Reporting Analyst to join their expanding corporate finance team.

• Gain hands‑on exposure to financial statements, consolidations, and regulatory reporting
• Partner directly with Accounting, FP&A, and leadership teams

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules
• Assist with technical accounting and U.S. GAAP compliance
• Contribute to consolidations and intercompany reporting
• Partner with auditors and support audit processes
• Work on financial covenants and lender reporting
• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiency

• Experience in Big 4 or large regional public accounting (Audit or Advisory) REQUIRED
• 1-2 years of experience (early career with foundational public accounting experience ready to take the next step in their career)
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP
• Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
• CPA (or pursuing) is a plus
