Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Position Overview
As an Enterprise Testing Specialist Sr within PNC’s Enterprise Testing Services organization, you will be based in one of the following Hub locations:
Pittsburgh, PA;
Cleveland, OH;

- Communicate effective business unit objective testing procedures (control validation, transactional testing, risk‑based testing) in support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Apply risk analysis principles to determine scope, including focus, objectives, rationale, and update scope as needed.
- Develop testing strategies, including procedures, sample selection, sample size, and rationale.
- Perform testing and reviews according to the testing plan, evaluate controls, identify risks, and revise review programs as needed to accomplish objectives.
- Interface with external auditors and bank regulators as necessary.
- Manage documentation of the review process: prepare working papers, document process flows, and describe major processes within the area being reviewed.
- Analyze results of testing and review activities, analyze exceptions, and recommend enhancements to internal controls or operational efficiency to ensure accurate, complete, and protocol‑compliant testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification; 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Knowledge of compliance reporting, customer risk, decision‑making, regulatory requirements, risk assessments, risk control, and strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical thinking, audit and compliance function, data gathering and reporting, effective communication, problem‑solving, accuracy and attention to detail, quality management, and fraud management.
- Optional certifications (desired but not required): relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CRMA).

Professional certifications in auditing, risk management, or compliance.
Base salary: $63,500.00 – $; varies by location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payments based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
