We are seeking a high-impact Regional FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the region. This role serves as a trusted business partner to operations and commercial leaders, providing financial insights that drive profitability, cash flow improvement, and strategic decision-makin g.

Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting, and actionable performance insigh - ts.
Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and investment evaluatio - ns.
Partner with plant, supply chain, and commercial leaders to support decision-making and challenge assumptio - ns.
Drive initiatives to improve gross margin, working capital, cash conversion, and operational efficien - cy.
Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and margin enhancement progra - ms.
Enhance FP&A processes, reporting capabilities, data quality, and analyti - cs.
Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives across multiple sit
- 7–12 years of progressive FP&A or finance experie
- nce.
Manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex operating environment experience requi - red.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partner - ing.
Deep understanding of P&L drivers, cost structures, margins, and working capital managem - ent.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fi - eld.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced Excel, and reporting/analytics tools such as Power
- ence Multi-site or regional finance support experie
- nce.
Commercial finance exposure, including pricing, bids, and contra - cts.
Process improvement, automation, and data analytics experie - nce.
