About This Role Accountant Location :

What You'll DoProcess invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconcile the general ledger and fix discrepancies.
Prepare financial statements using GAAP standards.
Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
Review budget variances and spot financial trends.
Support internal and external audits by organizing documentation.
Work with finance and department teams to deliver accurate reports.
What You'll Need3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with accounting software like Quick Books or Net Suite.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and hit deadlines.
Clear written and spoken communication.
Nice-to-HaveCPA certification or active CPA candidacy.
Month-end and year-end close experience.
Experience with financial forecasting tools.
Audit support experience.
