Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services
Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with leadership to drive firm growth and client service excellence

Qualifications:

CPA preferred, not required (would also consider EA for right candidate!)
3-5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
Proven ability to lead and manage engagements
Strong technical knowledge of tax codes and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
