Position OverviewThe Condo Project Team Lead supports Condo Project Reviewers, maintains service level agreements, resolves loan-level escalations, and manages daily assignments of the condo review staff.
Job Responsibilities- Provide daily leadership and pipeline management for condo and co‑op reviewers.
- Maintain an efficient pipeline and prioritize cases based on company and branch needs.
- Review and decide on potentially denied condo and co‑op project reviews, escalating as necessary.
- Identify, update, and communicate job‑aid changes for reviewers.
- Address branch escalations and participate in monthly meetings to discuss recognitions, guideline changes, process updates, and training.
- Assist branches with loan scenarios and monitor the condo project inbox.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of condo review experience.
- Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements.
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
