Your role:

• You support assortment-specific and cross-assortment pricing processes with sound analyses, clear recommendations for action, and consistent support in the operational implementation
• You analyze pricing-relevant questions and processes and derive data-based concrete measures
• You prepare price measures operationally, accompany their implementation in the relevant processes, and ensure clean follow-up
• You monitor pricing processes, analyze deviations from targets, and derive measures for corrective action
• You proactively work on the improvement of pricing processes, standards, reports, systems

Your skills:

• Several years of professional experience in the field of pricing, category management, commercial analytics, controlling, revenue management or in a comparable commercially analytical role, ideally in retail
• You have a very good understanding of pricing mechanisms in retail and their impact on relevant KPIs
• You have strong data analytical skills and are confident in using Excel, BI tools, and large data sets. SQL, R, Python knowledge is an advantage
• You have the ability to translate data into clear statements, reliable recommendations, and implementable measures
• You act and communicate in a binding and solution-oriented manner
• You are characterized by a structured, independent, and implementation-oriented way of working with a high standard of quality and a clear focus on commercial impact
