Auxiliar Contable
Empresa de desarrollo inmobiliario está en busca de un Auxiliar Contable.
¿ Eres una persona organizada, analítica y con experiencia en procesos contables? Únete al equipo y contribuye al control financiero y cumplimiento fiscal.
Principales funciones:
- Registrar y controlar operaciones contables en CONTPAQi.
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y depuración de cuentas.
- Emitir, timbrar y dar seguimiento a facturas y complementos de pago.
- Apoyar en procesos fiscales y cumplimiento de obligaciones ante SAT.
- Dar seguimiento a cuentas por cobrar, aplicación de pagos y control de cartera.
- Generar reportes contables y apoyar en cierres mensuales y estados financieros.
Conocimientos en:
- CONTPAQi Contabilidad.
- Excel intermedio
- Facturación CFDI 4.0.
- Portales y trámites del SAT.
- Conciliaciones contables y bancarias.
- Cuentas por cobrar y control de cartera.
- Estados financieros y cierres mensuales.
- Impuestos y obligaciones fiscales básicas.
- Manejo y control de documentación financiera.
